Booking Information
SCUBAZTEC works with small groups and personalized logistics. When a booking is confirmed, the date, equipment and operational arrangements are reserved specifically for that experience.
Full refund of the deposit, minus applicable banking or platform fees, or rescheduling without penalty.
The reservation deposit is retained.
The full reservation amount may be charged because the spaces and logistics have already been allocated.
A date change may be requested without penalty at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
If SCUBAZTEC or the relevant local authorities determine that conditions make the activity unsafe, the experience may be rescheduled.
If the client's itinerary does not allow rescheduling, an appropriate alternative activity or location may be proposed.
If neither solution is possible, the applicable refund will be issued.
If a specific cenote becomes unavailable for maintenance or circumstances outside SCUBAZTEC's control, an appropriate alternative of comparable experience and level may be proposed.
