The dive request form on the Contact page asks for the details needed to respond to your inquiry and plan a diving experience:
Name
Used to address you when replying.
Used to send responses and booking-related communication.
WhatsApp number (optional)
Used only when you choose to share it, to reach you through the channel you prefer.
Preferred dive date (optional)
Used to check availability for the date you have in mind.
Number of divers
Used to plan logistics, equipment and group size.
Certification level
Used to recommend dives, courses or sites suitable for your training.
Experience (optional)
Used to understand your comfort level and match you with the right experience.
Interest
Used to route your request toward the right service: cenote diving, reef diving, Try Scuba or the SSI Open Water course.
Message (optional)
Used to capture any additional information you want to share about your trip or requirements.
The form also includes a hidden honeypot field. If it is filled, the submission is treated as automated and discarded without storing personal information.
