Participants must complete the applicable liability and acknowledgment documentation before participating in diving activities.

Participants must complete the standard diving medical questionnaire.

Where a relevant medical condition is identified, written medical clearance may be required before participation.

SCUBAZTEC may refuse participation when a person's physical condition or apparent influence of alcohol or impairing substances could compromise safety.

Certified divers must provide a valid physical or digital certification from a recognized diving agency.

The certification and experience required depend on the selected dive.

SCUBAZTEC may evaluate the diver's ability and comfort before or during the activity.

If the diver's skills do not match the requirements of the planned dive, the guide may modify the itinerary or select a more appropriate environment for safety reasons.

All dives are conducted according to the diver's certification, experience, conditions, applicable site rules and appropriate recreational diving limits.

Participants must use appropriate diving equipment for the planned activity and follow the guide's safety instructions.

Cenotes, reefs and marine activities are subject to environmental conditions, site administration rules and local authority decisions.

Unsafe weather, port closures or cenote restrictions may result in modification, rescheduling or cancellation according to the Cancellation Policy.

Participants under the applicable age of legal consent require authorization from a parent or legal guardian.

A reservation is considered confirmed once the required deposit and booking arrangements have been completed.
